  • Legal and administrative consulting (non‑legal advice unless explicitly stated)

  • Immigration and consular coordination

  • Certified translation coordination and documentation support

  • Digital and business services, including project and administrative management

  • Rental facilitation connecting tenants directly with property owners

Specific service details, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation

  • Respond promptly to requests required to perform services

  • Ensure all submitted documents are lawful and authentic

  • Comply with applicable Spanish laws and regulations

We are not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Fees are agreed in advance and outlined in the service agreement or invoice

  • Payments must be made according to the stated schedule

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Third‑Party Authorities & Services

Some services involve third parties (e.g., government offices, consulates, notaries, translators, maintenance providers). While we coordinate and manage processes, we do not control third‑party decisions, timelines, or outcomes and cannot guarantee approvals.

6. No Legal Representation

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not provide legal representation or act as licensed attorneys. Any legal or immigration guidance is administrative and consultative in nature.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client information as confidential and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information is shared only when necessary to deliver agreed services or when legally required.

8. Property Rentals Disclaimer

For rental services:

  • We facilitate transparent communication between tenants and property owners

  • Lease agreements are executed directly between tenants and owners

  • We are not a party to rental contracts unless explicitly stated

  • Property conditions, rental terms, and compliance remain the responsibility of the owner

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question

  • We are not responsible for decisions made by authorities or third parties

10. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

  • Terminate services if Terms are breached or payments are overdue

Clients may terminate services subject to any obligations outlined in the service agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, reports, and documentation created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use delivered materials solely for their intended purpose.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will apply to ongoing and future services.
