With more than 30 years of international experience across property management, relocation support, immigration and visa consulting, logistics, tourism, and corporate operations, she leads Stravia’s strategic growth and ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience for homeowners, investors, and families relocating to the Murcia and southern Spain.
Her background includes founding and scaling a boutique wellness retreat and tour operator in India, directing European fresh‑produce logistics, and managing purchasing and supply chain systems for ISO‑certified manufacturing companies. In Spain, she has held senior roles in property administration, maintenance coordination, owners’ accounts management, and client services.
Katrina also brings specialized expertise in Spanish immigration procedures, visa applications, NIE and residency support, documentation management, and full relocation assistance, having worked as a freelance translator and immigration consultant before co‑founding Stravia.
A native English speaker with a Master’s in Marketing & Sales Management, she combines operational precision with a warm, client‑centred approach—helping international clients feel supported, informed, and at home from the moment they begin their move to Spain.
